At Prife US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the product delivery date for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

  • New, unused items: 30 days from delivery date
  • Defective items: 30 days from delivery date

Condition Requirements

 

Single items must be returned in the following condition to qualify for a refund:

 

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging included
  • All tags and labels attached
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 

Packs must be returned in the following conditions to qualify for a refund:

 

  • All items in the pack must be returned; no partial returns are qualified for a refund
  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging included
  • All tags and labels attached
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Log into your Back Office or visit prifeshop.com
  • Initiate chat with Field Support
  • Request return form (RMA)
  • Fill out the RMA form with all required details
  • Print the RMA form
  • Package the item securely with all original materials and include RMA form
  • Ship the package at an authorized shipping location

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receiving the return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was defective

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Prife Swag or company merch
  • Downloadable software
  • Digital products such as event tickets
  • Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
  3. Provide photos of the lot number/serial number
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  5. Return shipping will be covered by Prife US
  6. Ship the package at an authorized shipping location

 

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Deny returns that don't meet our requirements
  • Modify this policy for special promotions or circumstances
  • Request additional information or documentation
  • Issue partial refunds for items returned in damaged condition
  • Adjust commission payouts affected by returns or refunds
